How do I add the availabilities of my equipment?
To add your availability, click "Add an equipment", then complete the form carefully observing the information requested therein.
Choose carefully the title and description of your page, thereby increasing the chances of being contacted. We encourage you to place pictures in your listing.
It is essential to identify your availability weekly! We give priority, on the home page and in the display order, to users who take the time to update their profile.
Once you have completed your ad, please allow up to 24 hours before it is published on the site. A member of our team will validate compliance of your information before it is on site.
How long will my ad be online?
You can choose to display your availabilities depending on your plan. Your details will be available for the specified period, during which you can yourself remove or edit. After this period, they will automatically be inactive, but you can quickly renew them if you wish.
In what language can I show my availabilities?
Your presentation will be simultaneously visible on the French and English website. There are no additional charges for visibility in the two versions of the site.
How to insert pictures in my ad?
You can insert pictures using the "Browse" button that is in the last stage of the “Add a device” form. Photos should be GIF or JPEG format.
When I click "back" in my browser to change my profile, the form is empty, why?
This sometimes happens with some browsers. Try clicking again on "Previous" and "Next". Your text will probably reappear in the form.
How can I find my profile once it has been published on the site?
You can visit the site and access your account in the "Login" page
How do I pay?
Payments are made with credit cards that are managed by the secure payment service PayPal www.paypal.ca. The credit card service of Paypal has been securing identities, websites and transactions around the world for several years. In no case does SOSDISPATCH.COM know or keep on its servers numbers of credit cards of its customers.
How can I edit an ad?
Go to your account. At your left, you will see your equipment(s). Click on the options on the right of them to do some editing.
How can I stop the publication of my profile?
Go to your account. You will see your equipment(s) at your left. Click on the options on the right side to do some editing.
How do I display my availabilities on the first page of the site?
You need to display your availabilities each week. We give priority (in random order) to people who update the availabilities on the site.
How do I find my equipment / Trucks once they have been published on the site?
You can find your equipment/Trucks by clicking the link in the email to verify your profile. You can also visit the site and access your account. You can also find your equipment/Trucks in the search engine.
BE WARY OF SCAMS, FRAUD AND STAY ALERT!
Be vigilant about the product or service as well as the seller or supplier.
Learn about the person with whom you are dealing. Get him or her to confirm their name, address and telephone number via another source. Ask them questions and be vigilant about unusually interesting offers. If you are unsure please contact us.
Be vigilant against suspicious emails
Be extremely careful when you send personal information to a person or an unknown company. Vice versa, beware if you receive suspicious emails in bad French/English asking your personal details, bank or instalments. Do not answer them in any case because there is a big chance that you are dealing with a fraud.
There are many e-mails are anonymous (hotmail). It is better to ask for a fixed e-mail address (@ wanadoo, @ msn.) Do not click on links in emails that ask you to provide personal information. Be extremely careful when you send personal information to a person or an unknown company (or even a website posing as belonging to a company you know).
Be vigilant against distance sellers and buyers
If you do not know the person you are dealing with, NEVER pay by Western Union or MoneyGram (even for a down payment) because you have no recourse.
Some methods of payment do not appear quickly into account - BEFORE sending your items, always check that the payment has been made and credited to your account. Remember that some payments may be rejected (such as checks, for example) even after being received and deposited into your account.

Refuse to make any payment that you would be asked to do under the name of our site.
